Tossing and turning in bed, not getting a wink of sleep, heading to work in the morning all irritable and grumpy, I’ve been there. It’s tough.

In my early 40’s I experienced crushing fatigue, insomnia, mood swings and other symptoms THAT I LEARNED WERE attributed to perimenopause.

After years of struggling to get a good night’s sleep, I decided to tackle the problem head-on, looking at the root cause of my poor sleep rather than the typical ‘sleep hygiene’ stuff you’ll find browsing the internet at 3am.

In searching for a route towards better sleep, and alternatives to traditional medicine and prescription drugs, I opted for a more holistic approach to heal myself; looking at my movement, eating habits, relationships, and deeply-held beliefs that were (unknowingly) getting in the way of a good night’s rest.

Focusing on the root cause of the problem and spending time working on myself ended up drastically improving my sleep. Who would have thought!

Today, I created my calm confidence, clarity, and connection and I feel drawn to help and support others.
